Account executive

TALLY PRIME:

Recording daily financial transactions.

Invoicing and Payments:

Preparing and issuing invoices to customers.

Processing and recording payments, including supplier payments.

Data Entry and Management:

Inputting financial data into accounting software.

Organizing and maintaining financial documents and files.

Expense Management:

Tracking and recording business expenses.

Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries.

Helping with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.

Petty Cash:

Maintain petty cash data in excel.

Bank:

Reconciling bank statements with company accounts.

Preparing Rtgs & Neft forms for payment.

Tracking all Companies cheques & cheque books.
