Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

. Writing of book and accounts and Tally
1.2. TDS Calculating and TDS deducting Deposit on monthly basis.
1.3. TDS Return Filing Quarterly.
1.4. Regular follow up with vender regarding Invoice with help of client.
1.5. Provide Quarterly extracted balance sheet and profit and loss statement
1.6. Bank reconciliation and Party reconciliation on monthly basis
1.7. Maintaining file and company record and audit assistance with help of
client.
1.8. GST Calculation and deposit month wise and GST Monthly filing
(GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B)
1.9. Making debtor and creditor list with the help of Client Company’s
accountant.
1.10. Professional tax deposit for F/Y 2025-26
1.11. PF and ESIC (if applicable) deposit monthly basis
