Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient allocation of funds for ongoing operations.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory returns.
• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory
standards.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in taxation laws and accounting standards relevant to eCommerce
operations.
• Reconcile payment gateway transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to ensure seamless financial and
operational alignment.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor payments and address discrepancies or issues.
• Managing payroll compliances
