Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
Prepare and file tax returns and assist in tax planning and compliance.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Perform detailed analysis of financial data and provide insights to management.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Manage payroll processing and related activities.
Assist with internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
Maintain and update financial systems, software, and records.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.
