The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting in financial planning and reporting. This role involves handling transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate records to support the organization's financial health.
Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other tax-related documents.
Maintain compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits and internal audits.
Process employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
Monitor company expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Process payments and ensure proper documentation.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA, CMA, CPA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
