Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

- Must have worked for minimum 5-7 years in any manufacturing unit.
- Age group 27 to 32 yrs.
- Preferably from Rohini, Jahangir Puri, Azadpur, Pitampura.

- Posting Billing, sale, purchase and bank update in Tally, maintain Proper updating of Accounts book on Daily basis.
- Knowledge of e-filing for GST Returns, TDS, Advance Tax, P&L, Balance sheet & Income tax.
- Knowledge of Tax Audit, ESI, PF and GST Portal, e-Invoicing.
- Statement of Actual Profits (Monthly).
- Handle cash, Prepare Cash voucher, file documents.
- Prepare salary sheet of employees (with overtime).
- Monthly stock audit reports.
- Update on-line Payment Reminder, Debtors and Creditors ageing.
- Billing, sale and purchase of a product (Check Product rate list, VRL Code, sales order).
- Create monthly stock audit report.
- Verify and sign sales bill.
- Daily update, and Interact with senior management, reporting cash flow.
- Knowledge of Import & Export documentation. Customs data update to bank
- Banking documentation where you will have to handle Credit facilities.
- Good command over MS Excel, Word and power point.
