Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with expertise in Tally and QuickBooks to manage our financial records, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records using Tally and QuickBooks.
Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Process invoices, payments, and payroll transactions.
Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and ledgers.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Provide support in financial planning and analysis.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably in a similar position.
Proficiency in Tally and QuickBooks is essential.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
