Job Role - Account Executive

Location - Thane

Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Accounts Payable to oversee the efficient and accurate processing of all vendor invoices and payments. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and accurate payment of our obligations while maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing:

  • Review and verify all incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.

  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports.

  • Enter invoices into the accounting system and ensure timely coding and approval.

• Vendor Payments:

  • Prepare and process vendor payments in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment terms.

  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

• Vendor Relations:

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Negotiate payment terms and discounts when appropriate.

• A/P Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly A/P reports.

  • Identify and report any potential risks or issues to management.

• Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve A/P processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Implement new systems or procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally ERP Prime).

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Thane Location - A-913, Centrum Business Square, Near Lotus IT Park, Road No. 16, Wagle Estate, Thane 400604.

Shift timings: 9.30 am- 6.30 pm

Working days: Mon-Sat
