Accountant

Job Description:

• We are looking for an Accounts Executive who has basic knowledge of Excel and Tally. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and data entry in Tally

• Handle invoices, bills, and payment processing

• Prepare and maintain financial reports

• Assist in GST filing and tax compliance

• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash

• Maintain and update Excel sheets for financial tracking

• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payments and receipts

• Support the senior accountant in audit and financial tasks

• Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum B.Com or relevant accounting qualification

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in an accounting role

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and organizational skills
