Tax Filing and Compliance:
Prepare and file accurate Income Tax Returns (ITR), Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) returns in compliance with Indian tax laws.
Ensure timely submission of quarterly and annual tax filings, including advance tax payments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax regulations and ensure the company’s compliance with the same.
Assist in tax audits and respond to notices from tax authorities as needed.
PF and ESIC Management:
Manage end-to-end Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) compliance for all employees.
Ensure timely registration, contribution, and remittance of PF and ESIC dues as per statutory deadlines.
File monthly PF and ESIC returns and maintain accurate records of contributions, withdrawals, and transfers.
Handle employee queries related to PF and ESIC benefits, including claims and settlements.
Coordinate with PF and ESIC authorities to resolve discrepancies or issues.
Accounting and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets, using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions for audit purposes.
