We are looking for an experienced Accountant with 4 to 5 years of experience to manage the financial operations of our company. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation. Maintain and oversee financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Handle GST, TDS, and other tax filings.Prepare financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.Manage vendor and customer accounts, process payments, and handle collections.Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.Utilize Busy software efficiently for accounting and inventory management.Work with e-commerce platforms to manage financial transactions, refunds, and reconciliations.Utilize Excel and G-Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.) for financial reporting and data analysis.Qualifications:4 to 5 years of experience in accounting.Proficiency in Busy accounting software is a must.Excellent knowledge of Excel & G-Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.Good communication and problem-solving skills compliance policies.Experience in working with third-party ad agencies and evaluating their performance.
