Accountant

• We are looking for an experienced Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by

controlling and verifying our financial transactions.

• Accountant responsibilities include reconciling of ledgers and GST returns and general ledger

and preparing month-end close procedures.

• A successful Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of

accounting principles to analyse financial reports and forecasts

• Accountant duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting

tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Well knowledge of accounting voucher creating, general entries, credit notes, debit notes,

purchase and sell entries.

• Well knowledge of GST Returns (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 2A & 2B, GSTR 9 and other GST

return related issues)

• Well knowledge of Income Tax Filling & TDS Return Filling Process.

• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results

• Analyse financial information and summarize financial status

• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending

• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers

• Assist with tax audits and tax returns

• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance

• Support month-end and year-end close process

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and

strengthen internal controls

• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable

• Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results

• Analysing financial information and summarizing financial status

• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential

• Well Versed with MS Excel and MS Word.

• SAP Knowledge

• Work experience in CA Firm is compulsory.

Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience: 3-4 years

Salary: Upto 30K (No bar for right candidate)
