Key Responsibilities:
 Statutory Compliance:
o Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns such as Provident Fund
(PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Goods and Service Tax (GST), Tax
Deducted at Source (TDS) and Provident Fund (PT).
o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory regulations and ensure the
company's compliance with all legal requirements.
o Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports.
 Financial Management:
o Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all financial transactions
are recorded accurately and timely.
o Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income
statements, and cash flow statements.
o Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
 Payroll Processing:
o Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate calculation and timely
disbursement of salaries, including statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, and
TDS.
o Address and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
 Documentation and Record Keeping:
o Maintain meticulous records of all statutory documents and ensure they are
readily accessible for audits and inspections.
o Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions and
compliance-related documents.
 Internal Controls:
o Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and
ensure accurate financial reporting.
o Conduct regular reviews and audits of financial processes to identify and
mitigate risks.
