Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and diligent Accountant to manage our financial records, support billing and invoicing, and handle communications with clients and debtors. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial tracking, manage accounts using Tally software, and assist with monthly tax filings. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who is comfortable working with numbers and maintaining up-to-date financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping & Financial Records:
o Maintain the company’s books of accounts on Tally Prime software and keep hard copy records as required.
o Regularly update and reconcile all financial records to ensure accuracy.
2. Sales Order Management:
o Maintain records of pending sales orders and coordinate with the operations team daily to ensure timely order processing.
o Communicate regularly with debtors regarding order updates and provide necessary documentation such as bills and transport receipts (bilty).
3. Voucher & Invoice Processing:
o Enter purchase and sales vouchers daily and prepare sales bills for orders.
o Generate e-invoices and e-way bills as required for sales orders, ensuring all billing is accurate and compliant.
4. Debtor Communication & Payment Collection:
o Communicate with debtors to provide order updates and send necessary documents like bills and bilty.
o Send payment reminders and manage documents related to credits, debits, and discounts.
5. Client Relations & Order Management:
o Maintain strong communication with existing clients to keep them informed of new products and handle inquiries related to new orders.
6. GST & Compliance Documentation:
o Prepare documents needed for monthly GST filings (such as GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) in coordination with the company’s Chartered Accountant.
o Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate for compliance and tax purposes.
7. Reporting & Financial Analysis:
o Provide regular updates on accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and financial status to support company decision-making.
o Assist in generating reports for management as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Good level of expertise in Tally Prime software for accounting purposes.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data management and reporting.
4. Comfortable with computers and web browsing for accessing online resources and updates.
5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though candidates with experience will be given preference.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
8. Knowledge of GST filings and basic tax compliance is an advantage.
