Job Description: Accountant
Location: Kochi
Company: La Densitae Hair Transplantation Clinic

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 (Negotiable)
Experience: Minimum 1 year

Responsibilities:

GST Filing:

Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns in compliance with tax regulations.
Ensure timely reconciliation of GST input and output data.
Bank Reconciliation:

Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify and update financial records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Tally Operations:

Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally, including journal entries, ledger management, and financial reporting.
Ensure all transactions are recorded and categorized correctly.
Financial Reporting:

Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Provide financial insights and reports as required by management.
Other Duties:

Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Assist with audits and compliance requirements.
Support the HR and admin teams with financial data as needed.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Tally software.
Strong knowledge of GST filing procedures.
Competent in bank reconciliation processes.
Soft Skills:
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
