Key Responsibilities:

· Accounting:

o Record and maintain receipts in the accounting system.

o Enter sales TDS and ensure accurate tax documentation.

o Process credit and debit note entries for sales, ensuring timely dispatch to parties.

o Prepare and post journal entries for sales adjustments and corrections.

o Manage invoicing and billing, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

· Coordination:

o Collect sales orders and ensure proper documentation and follow-up with relevant teams.

· Debtor Management:

o Perform debtor ledger reconciliation, ensuring accuracy in customer accounts and timely follow-ups on outstanding balances.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, particularly in accounts receivables.

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external parties.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

· Minimum [3 years of experience in accounts receivables or a similar accounting role.

2.Job Title: Accounts and Finance Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to assist Account manager in managing various financial and accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will provide support with tasks such as voucher checking, bank reconciliation, report preparation, and maintaining personal financial records, ensuring efficient and accurate management of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Voucher Checking:

o Review and verify vouchers on daily basis for accuracy and ensure they comply with internal policies before approval.

· Bank Reconciliation:

o Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.

o Investigate and resolve discrepancies in the suspense account to ensure accurate financial records.

· IDPMS & EDPMS Reporting:

o Prepare and submit Import Data Processing and Export Data Processing Monitoring System reports as per RBI regulatory requirements on weekly basis.

· Stock Statement Preparation:

o Compile and prepare stock statements for submission to the bank on a Monthly basis.

· Personal Books Management:

o Maintain personal books for individuals, including bank accounts, balance sheets on quarterly basis.

· Import Purchase Entries:

o Record and manage all import-related financial transactions accurately in the system including forex difference transactions as per accounting standards.

· GST & TDS Adjustment Entries:

o Prepare and post Goods and Services Tax (GST) & TDS adjustment entries to ensure accurate records matched with compliance portals.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

· Experience in bank reconciliation and report preparation.

· Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience:

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
