Job Description: Accountant

Location: Sector 6, Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Working Days: 6 days a week

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain financial records and manage daily transactions.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and maintain balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, and other tax-related matters.

Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.

Coordinate with internal teams for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting purposes.

Prepare and file monthly tax returns.

Assist with the preparation of financial reports and year-end closing procedures.

Perform other accounting-related duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Good understanding of tax laws, GST, TDS, and financial regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

Location: Sector 6, Noida.

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month based on experience and qualifications.
