Job Description

Job Responsibilities:· Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.· Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.· Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.· Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings accurately and on time.· Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments.· Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.· Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and cost control measures.· Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.· Lead and mentor the accounting team to improve efficiency and accuracy. Requirements:· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.· 04 to 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role.· Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.· Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial regulations.· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
