Job Description:
Responsible for Customer Collections & Outstanding Follow ups.
Authorized to stop unsafe act or conditions.
Telephonic follow ups & personal visits for Reco & collections.
100 % Personal visits for overdue customers.
Authorized to take actions to reduce the risk in consultation with safety committee members and EHS Executive.
Updation of follow up tracker /LST
Identification of risk involved in operation.
Appropriation of Invoices to payments as provided by customers.
Responsible for verifying & approving the invoice tagging done by collection executives.
Issuance of Cash receipt to cash paying customers.
Monthly needs with ASM plan of Action to be adhere.
