Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

✅ Taxation & Compliance:

• Handle TDS & GST returns/filing as per statutory requirements.

✅ Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Perform manual accounting and maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage petty cash and office expenses efficiently.

• Handle bill-to-bill invoice management and ensure timely updates.

• Ensure all pending entries are updated in the accounting software.

✅ Software & Reconciliation:

• Proficient in Tally Prime for accounting operations.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and reconcile daily payments & cheques.

• Update receipts in software & from cashbook.

• Ensure payment & receipt reconciliation is accurately maintained.

• Cross-check cash payments from all sheets for accuracy.

✅ Payment Processing & Banking:

• Manage payment transfers & net banking transactions.

• Obtain payment confirmations from the operations team.

• Update and verify commission rates in the software.

✅ Reporting & Communication:

• Identify pending transactions and communicate necessary updates.

• Ensure the correctness of entries and maintain financial integrity.

• Prepare Cut & Pay sheets for financial reporting.

• Handle all relevant call communications regarding accounts and payments.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
✔️ 04 years of experience in accounting & taxation.
✔️ Proficiency in Tally Prime, Excel formulas & functions.
✔️ Strong understanding of TDS, GST filing, and banking transactions.
✔️ Excellent communication & reconciliation skills.
