Job Title: Accountant

Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month

Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records, transactions, and general ledgers.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.

• Use Tally Prime for accounting entries, report generation, and GST filing.

• Work with ERP systems for handling financial and inventory data.

• Coordinate with auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.

• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.

• Assist in tax preparation and filing.

Skills Required:

• Tally Prime (Proficiency is required for daily accounting operations and report generation).

• Experience or understanding of ERP software for managing financial data.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (Debit, Credit, Journal entries).

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (for financial analysis and reporting).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills.
