Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary
The Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in the financial operations of the organization. This position is responsible for managing various financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, and assisting in financial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and registers.
· Prepare and record financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Accounts Receivable:
· Monitor and manage accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and following up on outstanding payments.
· Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.
Accounts Payable:
· Process and verify invoices from vendors, matching them with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
· Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
Bank Reconciliation:
· Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to identify discrepancies and resolve them.
Financial Reporting:
· Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
· Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
· Budgeting and Forecasting:
· Collaborate with the finance team in the development of budgets and forecasts.
· Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing insights and recommendations.
Tax Compliance:
· Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
· Keep abreast of tax law changes and updates.
Financial Analysis:
· Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling.
Audit Support:
· Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.
Implement audit recommendations and improvements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
· Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Proficiency in accounting software(Tally ERP), MS Office, and particularly Excel.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
Work Environment:
The Accounts Executive typically works in an office environment and may require occasional overtime during peak financial periods.
