Position: Sr. Account Executive

Qualifications: B.COM or MBA equivalent

Experience: Minimum 6-8 years

Salary :  Rs. 40,000/- PM (gross)

JOB DESCRIPTION

I.              Accounting related Profile:

·         Day to day posting of accounting entries like sales invoicing (E-Invoicing & Eway bill processing) / purchase /Journal Voucher/ Cash & Bank payments. 

·         Loan receivable / Loan payable entries.

·         Online payment run, Bank Reconciliation & Vendor’s account Reconciliation.

·         Monthly/ Quarterly / Yearly book closing and auditing.

·         Correspondence with Suppliers and Buyers related to recovery / payments/ agreements.

·         Salary payment and Monthly EPF Payment

·         Investment of idle funds in Mutual funds / FD’s / Market instruments.

II.            TAX related Profile:  Direct Tax/ Indirect Tax

·         GST Returns like GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C GST Annual Reconciliation.

·         Monthly TDS Payment, TDS Return, TDS Reconciliation.

·         Advance Tax Working and Payment.

·         Assistance in Annual Tax Audit and filing of ITR’s

·         Assistance in working on Income Tax Assessment.

III.           MIS

·         MIS on sales, purchases, customer & supplier ageing report and follow with customer for outstanding dues.

·         Business related loan- repayment structure.

·         Fund flow / cash flow statement.

IV.          Additional related work

·         Preparation of documents for import like shipping payment, custom clearance, foreign remittance and other follow up with CHA to clear the shipment.

·         Dealing with Bank & wealth manager for KYC related updation.

·         Filing of Form10 CDSCO portal for imported material like lactulose solution USP, lactulose concentrate etc.

·         Assistant to consultant for renewal of trademark

·         Assistant in renewal of FSSAI license and filing of annual return of nutraceutical products.
