Job Description
- Create & maintain balance sheet
- Manage account statements
- Record daily revenue & other numbers
1. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, and perform account analysis.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and credit control.
4. Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, and analyzing financial performance against targets.
6. Audits and Financial Analysis: Participate in audits, financial analysis, and special projects as required.
7. Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and stakeholders.
8. Accounting System Maintenance: Maintain and update accounting systems, including software and spreadsheets.
