Accountant

Spoton Enterprises deals with Coffee machines & Coffee Beans and also sells online and offline& also sell on Amazon, and Flipkart & other platforms also. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Spoton Enterprises in Mumbai, located at Thane West, near Thane Police School. The role involves managing the organization's financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹17000 - ₹20000 CTC ( COST TO COMPANY) and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Please make sure that tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

• Maintaining accurate records: Accountants ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and categorized. 

• Preparing financial statements: This includes balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 

• Reconciling accounts: They reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy. 

• Managing budgets and cash flow: Accountants help in creating and monitoring budgets and managing cash flow. 

• Performing audits: They conduct audits to verify financial records and ensure compliance. 

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a strong background in bookkeeping and a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for the role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Candidates must know accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
