Financial Recordkeeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts on a monthly basis.
Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Generate financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Compliance & Auditing:

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Monitor and ensure tax compliance (e.g., VAT, income tax filings).
General Accounting:

Prepare journal entries and month-end closing entries.
Track fixed assets and depreciation.
Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Accounts Analysis:

Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
Support the finance team in analyzing variances and discrepancies.
Assist in cost control and improving financial processes.
Financial Systems & Software:

Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records.
Stay updated on new accounting technologies and software.
Communication and Reporting:

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and address accounting-related queries.
Communicate financial status and performance with senior management.
