Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

Accounting and Bookkeeping:

Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balance.
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of data.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Taxation:

Assist in the preparation of GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Support the tax team in tax planning and filing individual and corporate tax returns.
Keep up to date with changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance.
Audit Assistance:

Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
Liaise with clients and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
Financial Analysis & Reporting:

Perform bank reconciliations and review financial statements for accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Compliance:

Ensure timely compliance with all financial regulations and requirements.
Maintain proper documentation for internal controls and audit trails.
Client Interaction:

Communicate effectively with clients regarding their financials, tax matters, and accounting queries.
Provide support to clients in maintaining their accounting records and complying with financial regulations.
