Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

• Accounting and Financial Management:
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements and assist in audits.

•Taxation and Compliance:
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Assist in the preparation and submission of income tax returns.

•ESI/PF Management:
Handle Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) compliance, including registrations, deductions, and filings.
Ensure timely contributions and address queries related to ESI/PF.
Manage employee records and resolve ESI/PF-related discrepancies.

•Payroll Support:
Process monthly payroll, including salary calculations and statutory deductions.
Generate payslips and maintain payroll records.

• Other Responsibilities:
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Provide support in budgeting and cost management.
Assist in implementing internal financial controls and policies.
