OLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Acknowledgement Copies follow-up & documentation on daily Basis.

· Sales Entries in Tally – The Ant Logistics & Filling the same.

· GRN Confirmations from Customers end.

· Purchase Entries in Tally, ERP Software, Excel Sheet – Moraya Packaging, Moraya Woodpack and The Ant Logistics & Filling the same.

· Petty Cash Entries in Tally, Excel Sheet.

· Sales And Purchase Reports GST Reconciliation For GSTR1 And GSTR3B.

· Monthly Reports like Sales, Purchase, Department Wise Expenses Sheet, Daily Cash Flow Statement, and Calculation of Vehicle’s Averages Working etc.

· ERP Work – Purchase Entries, Receipts & Payments Entries with References, Petty Cash Entries, Bank Reconciliation etc.

· Bank Reconciliation in Tally Daily Basis.

· Cash Transaction’s & records maintain Daily Basis.

· Ledger Confirmations from Customers & Vendors Monthly Basis.
