Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

Bookkeeping & Data Entry – Maintain daily financial transactions, ledger entries, and record expenses.
Accounts Payable & Receivable – Process invoices, payments, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Bank Reconciliation – Verify and reconcile company bank statements with accounting records.
GST & Tax Compliance – Assist in filing GST returns, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
Payroll Processing – Support salary calculations, deductions, and employee reimbursements.
Inventory & Cost Accounting – Track raw materials, finished goods, and manufacturing costs.
Financial Reporting – Prepare basic financial statements and assist in monthly/quarterly closing.
Audit Support – Help with internal and external audits by providing required documents.
Petty Cash Handling – Manage small daily expenses and maintain proper records.
Coordination with Other Departments – Work with production, procurement, and sales teams for financial clarity.
