Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow reports.
Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations, and assist with tax filing (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Maintain and update financial databases and systems.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
