Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Accounts and Administration Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our financial records, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expenses.
Reconcile bank statements and perform financial analysis.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or administration.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software like Zoho, Tally and MS Office.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
