Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Admin Cum Accountant to join our team .The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administration and accounting, with proficiency in Tally, Excel, client handling, and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Tally, maintain ledgers, and assist in financial reporting.

Client Handling: Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

Payment Follow-ups: Track and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely settlements.

Admin Tasks: Handle day-to-day office administration duties such as filing, scheduling, and documentation.

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and accounting.

Proficient in Tally and Excel.

Strong communication and client handling skills.

Ability to follow up on payments and manage accounts efficiently.
