Required B.Com/M.Com candidate with around 3-5 years of experience in Accounts and Finance domain

Location - Goregaon East

Work Profile:

1. Tally Accounting

2. Review the accounting activities for business at the Holding Company and SPV level

3. Review of Standalone and consolidated financials monthly and on annual basis and submit the same after analysis to the Management, Board, Auditors and Financial Institutions.

4. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements relating to accounts.

5. Ensuring relevant schedules in relation to audit are prepared by the Outsourced Accounting Team and reviewing the same

6. Document Management

7. Assisting in Automation of various process improvements.

8. drafting documents related to contracts, agreements, appeals & coordinate with advocate and other external parties

Additional points-

1. Person should be capable of handling multiple companies

2. Should have knowledge of Accounting , TDS, GST etc

3. Immediate joiners preferred
