Role and Responsibilities Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc Handling day-to-day accounting Preparing invoices and following up on pending payments Handling all banking-related works Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc., and keeping track of them Handling and filing GST is one of the key responsibilities that should be included in the account executive job description. Preparing profit and loss statements\ Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities Handling petty cash Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Accounts & Finance. Desired Candidate Profile: Additional education or experience may be preferred. Some fields may require additional certifications or licenses. Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends. The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process. Strong time management skills. Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software
