Position Title: Accounts Executive/Manager
Location: Baner, Pune
Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to handle the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho and a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management which will contribute to strategic financial decision-making by providing insights through MIS reports and financial advice..

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing transactions and maintaining records.
-Prepare and analyze financial reports and MIS (Management Information System) reports.
-Create budget forecasts and monitor budget performance.
-Provide financial advice to support business decisions.
-Ensure timely GST and TDS compliance and filing.
-Oversee financial management, including cash flow and fund allocation.

Requirements:

-Experience working with Zoho accounting software.
-Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
-Ability to prepare detailed reports and present them effectively.
-Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
