Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting transactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare budget forecasts and publish financial statements timely.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings efficiently.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including TDS and income reconciliation.
• Ensure timely bank payments and maintain accurate records.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns for compliance.
• Create and manage MIS reports for profit & loss and budget analyses.
• Oversee balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity status.
• Audit financial transactions and related documents for accuracy.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct regular database backups.
• Ensure GST compliance and assist with related documentation.
• Manage invoicing, challans, and bookkeeping tasks.
• Utilize Tally for accounting functions and reports.
