Job Title: Billing Executive – Back Office

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive – Back Office to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle institutional billing processes, documentation, and reconciliation tasks with precision, while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage institutional & Retail client billing for Cash, Derivatives, and Currency segments

• Handle new and renewal empanelment documentation

• Execute STP (Straight Through Processing)

• Send Contract Notes to institutional clients

• Oversee Offer for Sale (OFS), Offer to Buy (OFB), and NSE Auction processes

• Process Physical Delivery and Closeout Billing

• Perform daily reconciliation of brokerage, charges, ECNs, and email logs

• Maintain accurate records and support internal/external audits (SEBI, Exchanges)

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in LD Back Office Software

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel & Microsoft Word

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work with internal teams and external regulators

• Attention to detail and time management
