We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who is proactive, client-focused, and has a basic understanding of finance. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building abilities, and attention to detail in managing client portfolios as well as assisting in finance-related operations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and service
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and transaction details
Assist in the documentation and coordination of financial tasks such as:
Invoicing and payment follow-ups
Basic audit support and tax-related coordination
TDS and GST-related communications
Data entries for finance reporting
Support account and finance teams in organizing client records and documents
Strong knowledge of MS Excel,and client data management
Familiarity with Tally, basic accounting principles, and finance coordination
Understanding of tax terms like TDS, GST, and invoicing processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Client-focused with a professional and courteous approach
