Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

Manage data in spreadsheets and reports on Google. Keep records and reports up to date, Bank Reconciliation Help maintain the payment excel sheet. Handling accounts and banking for international business.
Communication with internal and external team members
JOB DESCRIPTION: Filing documents, Keeping all soft copies securely Renewal of all licensees and certificates
Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems
Regularization of the documents ( Exports) - BRC
Proper coordination with Export Team and maintaining compliance of the company to avoid delays
Paymnets.
Keeping update on financial of company and key personal .
Negotiating best banking prices.
Keep records of all important documentation leading to company and key personals investments.
