Job Title: Accounts & Purchasing Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Purchasing Assistant to support our finance and procurement teams. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks while also assisting with purchasing and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and purchasing processes, along with good organizational and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining financial records, assisting with bank reconciliations, and supporting month-end closings. On the procurement side, you will help prepare purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, follow up on deliveries, and assist in maintaining inventory records.
The candidate should be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and have experience with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools. A background in working with ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1– 3years of relevant experience (preferred)
