Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately record and update financial transactions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards.​

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in managing outgoing and incoming payments by processing invoices and reconciling discrepancies.​

• Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements to ensure consistency with the organization's financial records.​

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.​

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.​

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial information and identify discrepancies.​

• Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in handling financial data to ensure accuracy.​

• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities.​

• Ethical Conduct: Upholding integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
