Job Description

Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

A Junior Accountant assists in managing financial records, preparing reports, and conducting reconciliations, including tasks like posting journal entries, maintaining accounts, and supporting audits, all under the supervision of senior accountants.
Recording and Summarizing Transactions:Accurately record and summarize financial transactions, ensuring all business transactions are documented.
Preparing Financial Statements:Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
Maintaining Financial Records:Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring data is readily available and reliable.
Data Entry:Enter financial data into accounting software and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Reconciliations:Perform bank reconciliations, reconcile accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
Journal Entries:Post and process journal entries to record financial transactions accurately.
Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to management, including weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
