Accounts Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Chennai. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include reconciling accounts, processing transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing tax returns. The Accountant will also assist in budgeting and forecasting, as well as performing audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting skills including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements

• Proficiency in Tally software

• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Skills Required:•

Proficiency in Tally ERP or other accounting software

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and other statutory compliances

• Experience in billing, invoicing, and financial reporting

• Proficiency in Ms.excel,word and Google sheets and also product wise inventory entry

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
