Accounts Executive Role Overview: - The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, managing invoices, and assisting in budgeting and auditing processes. They work closely with senior accountants and finance managers to ensure that all financial transactions comply with legal regulations and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities: -
Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently. Assist in preparing tax filings and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and company accounts.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgeted goals.
Assist in preparing financial reports for management.
Support in internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, education, and experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Industry experience preferred
Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge
