We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with advanced Excel skills to join our team as a Proforma Invoice Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating accurate and timely proforma invoices for our sales team, ensuring smooth coordination between sales and accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Create multiple proforma invoices daily using Excel templates.
Communicate and coordinate with sales coordinators to gather necessary information.
Ensure all invoices are accurate, professional, and delivered on time.
Maintain organized records of all generated invoices.
Update and manage invoice templates as required.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, formatting, and data validation).
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in invoice generation or sales coordination is a plus.

Graduate with a bachelor's degree
