Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Head to oversee our financial operations, manage client accounts, and ensure smooth financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills for client follow-ups, and the ability to maintain organized financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Management: Maintain and oversee all financial records, including income, expenses, and financial statements.

• Billing & Payments: Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients regarding outstanding dues.

• Challan Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entry of challans in company records.

• Breakdown Record Management: Maintain logs of breakdown reports and ensure they are aligned with billing and service records.

• Client Follow-ups: Communicate with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing queries.

• Bank Reconciliation: Verify transactions and reconcile accounts with bank statements.

• Tax & Compliance: Ensure GST filings, TDS compliance, and other tax-related requirements are met.

• Coordination with Management: Provide regular financial reports to the management and suggest improvements for cash flow and cost efficiency.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
