Accounts Deputy Manager

• Manage and supervise daily operations of the accounts department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC).

• Coordinate audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

• Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures.

• Monitor cash flow, budgetary control, and forecasting.

• Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.

• Train and guide accounting staff; ensure team efficiency and professional development.

• Support management with financial analysis and insights for decision-making.
