Identify and acquire new affiliates, partners, and publishers to join our network.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and affiliates.
Negotiate deals, offers, and commission structures that benefit both parties.
Coordinate with internal teams (campaign, tech, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign execution.
Analyze campaign performance data and optimize for maximum ROI.
Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand business reach.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present business development reports and forecasts.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in affiliate or digital marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and KPIs like CPA, CPL, CPI, CPM, and CPC.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic Excel reporting.
