Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: New Delhi

Experience Required: 1-3 Years

Amit V Mittal & Associates, Chartered Accountants, a premier firm specializing in Auditing, Taxation, and Management Consultancy, is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team in New Delhi.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Perform reconciliations of accounts, bank statements, and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Support monthly payroll processing and maintain billing system.
Generate financial reports and statements for internal and external use.
Participate in financial audits and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years of proven accounting experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions).
Excellent organizing abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
